Punctilious

Showing great attention to detail or correct behaviour
(he was punctilious in providing every amenity for his guests)

This word is similar to 'Punctual'. A punctual person takes extreme care in doing things on time. A Punctilious person takes extreme care in showing attention to the smallest detail such as the ACP Pradyuman of CID.

Unruly:

Disorderly and disruptive and not easy to be taken under control
(a group of unruly children)
The one whom you cannot rule easily is an Unruly person.

Baulk (also Balk):

The word has two major meanings:
1. Hesitate or be unwilling to accept an idea or undertaking
(he balked at such a drastic solution)

When we say to our pet dog, "Bhaunk stranger pe", we tell him that he is a new person and you should be unwilling to accept him.

2. [WITH OBJECT] Thwart or hinder (a plan or person)
(he raised every objection he could to balk this plan)

And when the dog bites the stranger, all his plans to steal household items are thwarted.
